How do you feel about your birthday?  Do you look forward to it and remind all your friends, or do you dread it and try to keep it a secret?

I like my birthday. My birthday was actually yesterday and even though I didn't really celebrate it with friends (because school started up today), I did enjoy myself. I ended up going to New York City and getting some ice cream, just because I could (even though it's freezing here!).

Today is Veterans Day.  Is there anyone you know who has served or is serving in the military that you'd like to honor today? 

I am honoring him right now. I'm spending the day with my cousin Eddie who just got back from Iraq. I've been here all weekend and it's just been awesome… I don't want to leave! lol

When did you last write/receive a handwritten, snail-mail letter? Who was it to/from?

The last time I wrote a handwritten, snail-mail letter was over the summer. I sent it to my cousin Eddie, who is in Iraq at the moment. He's a lucky one because he is the only one I write to. Everyone else gets email or text messages… lol. sorry!
